CHRISTMAS DELIVERY AND RETURNS We will be offering an extended returns and exchange period for the festive season on orders purchased between 19th November and 24th December. You have until the 10th January to return or exchange any gifts. Recommended order deadlines: UK STANDARD DELIVERY order by 20th December UK EXPRESS DELIVERY order by 21st December INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Wednesday 5th December Asia, Australia, Far East (including Japan), New Zealand Friday 7th December Africa, Caribbean, Central America, Middle East and South America Monday 10th Decmber Canada, Eastern Europe and USA Wednesday 12th December Western Europe Please contact us if you have any questions. As with any Ell & Cee order, items are gift boxed and wrapped in tissue paper. DELIVERY UK STANDARD DELIVERY £4.95 (2- 5 days) UK EXPRESS DELIVERY £7.95 (next day delivery if order is received before 2pm) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY £9.95 (7-10 DAYS) Please note International orders may be subject to charges applied at customs For all Bespoke knickers; please allow up to three weeks for all orders. If you have a specific date when you would like to receive your order within this time frame, please let us know. Free delivery on all orders over £200. All items arrive beautifully gift wrapped in our signature tissue paper and gift box, directly to you or an alternative address. Sale items during busy sale periods, will be wrapped with tissue paper and ribbon. All packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been despatched. If you are not able to sign for your delivery, a note will be left instructing you when and where you can collect your parcel. Your parcel will be returned to us if this is not collected within 2 weeks. Extra postage charges may apply if we have to re-send. RETURNS Refunds and exchanges can be accepted, provided the items are returned to us in perfect condition and unworn within 10 days (UK) and 21 days (international). For hygiene purposes, no refund or exchange can be accepted on knickers or thongs. Please try on bodysuits and playsuits over your own underwear as we will not accept returns of soiled or worn garments. No refunds or exchanges can be given on any Bespoke orders. Please allow up to 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit. Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund / exchange / replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us If you require any further information regarding ordering online, delivery, refunds or exchanges, please do not hesitate to contact us All Ell & Cee garments are hand wash only due to their delicate nature, and no refund or exchange will be given on items that have not been cared for in the correct way.
