Ell & Cee Bride is managed by 2 women, both with degrees in fashion design and a love of beautiful lingerie. Elle Charles is London-born and in addition to a degree in fashion design studied small business administration. While studying Elle took side work as a lingerie model so has hands-on experience of both sides of the lingerie business.
Cee was born in France but moved to London to attend fashion design school before working as a window dresser at several large department stores in the greater London area. Cee’s mother is also a fashion designer and is credited for fostering Cee’s interest in the fashion world.
Elle and Cee met during a lingerie fashion show. Elle was modeling for Cee’s mother and happened to meet Cee back stage as she was assisting her mother with the lingerie and models. The two hit it off from the moment they started talking and it wasn’t long before Cee invited Elle to meet her for lunch. The two became fast friends and realized that they both had a love of lingerie and with some input from Cee’s mother they decided to combine forces to create this website for other lovers of lingerie.
The combined knowledge and experience in the fashion world has given these two young ladies great insight into fashion trends, fabrics, styles, fit and what the women of today want in lingerie. Both ladies have many contacts within both the design and modeling arenas and use those to their advantage.
Knowing that feeling sexy, beautiful but also comfortable in lingerie is important in order to feel confident wearing it, they both focus a lot of energy on ensuring that women of all shapes and sizes are catered to. The ladies believe that lingerie should never be limited to just the tiny model-sized women but for all women. Sexiness, beauty and confidence are the right of all women.
